progressive views of my body
  technical term vernacular the good; the bad (of this view)
1 network internal morass my body is not a 'thing'; it's all messy
2 angle atoms points of awareness I can sense where I'm bunched up; it doesn't mean anything.
3 opposing opposites verbal truths: "arms move up, body moves down." it makes sense; it takes too long to think all the truth statements while moving.
4 directed pushes left ankle, knee, hip, belly push body forward as a unit; then right side works together, etc. it's connected; it lacks purpose.
